$35 Million DocuSign Deal Locks in Pandemic Level Spending for Five Year Term

09 April, 2021 11:56 am

A $35 million contract awarded to DocuSign on April 8, 2021 by a division of the Health and Human Services Agency appears to continue the level of support established as the pandemic took hold last year. The new award allocates $4.97 million for the first year and has a total potential value of $35.5 million over five years. It consolidates two awards the agency issued in April and June last year which generated $5 million and expire on April 21, 2021. The contracts (pink bars below) are related to the Provider Relief Fund, a federal program to distribute $178 billion to healthcare providers for expenses and lost revenue due to COVID-19.
