CSRA Beats NTT for $208 Million Ed IT Award

Posted on February 25, 2018

CSRA has been awarded the Education Department's new IT infrastructure integration contract, called PIVOT-I and valued at $208 million over seven and-a-half years.

The award is part of major IT restructuring at Ed, in which the agency is dividing work currently performed by NTT (previously Dell Federal Services) under the EDUCATE contract into six separate acquisitions that comprise the PIVOT program.

The PIVOT-I award was issued as a task order on CIO-SP3, with four bids received. It comes after NTT had a protest sustained back in June that argued Ed had failed to adequately investigate and evaluate organizational conflicts of interest on the part of CSRA.
